Peter Bernard appointed to Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada

Peter Bernard, Q.C. was appointed today as a member of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada, alongside Dr. Roy Montgomery of Tyne Valley, Prince Edward Island.
The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities was “pleased that Mr. Bernard and Dr. Montgomery have agreed to serve on the TATC‘s board,” and that “Mr. Bernard’s legal and technical expertise in maritime law and Dr. Montgomery’s extensive naval and medical experience will be tremendous assets to the tribunal.”
The Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada is a quasi-judicial body established pursuant to the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act.
