David Jones Speaks at Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers Conference

Bernard LLP lawyer David K. Jones spoke as a panel member at a session entitled “Meeting Health and Safety Due Diligence Standards: Succeeding In Court and In Preventing Regulatory and Criminal Charges” at the annual conference of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Mr. Jones practices in the area of civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on maritime, occupational health and safety, and environmental law matters. He has appeared at many levels of court and tribunals, and writes regularly for Harbour & Shipping Journal.
