Joan Rush Awarded Law Foundation Grant

Joan Rush, Associate Counsel with Bernard LLP, was awarded a Law Foundation grant in April 2012 to study the issue of access to dental care for BC adults with developmental disabilities. Peter Bernard Q.C. Retires from the Practice of Law

As of June 15, 2012 Peter Bernard, Q.C. has retired from the practice of law. Nonetheless, Peter will continue to sit as a member of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada and is available to serve as an arbitrator or mediator. We wish Peter all the best in his retirement.… more »
