Joan Rush Awarded Law Foundation Grant

Joan Rush, Associate Counsel with Bernard LLP, was awarded a Law Foundation grant in April 2012 to study the issue of access to dental care for BC adults with developmental disabilities. Joan, and two UBC Law students working under her direction, will research the scope of Government’s obligation to ensure timely access to necessary dental treatment for this vulnerable population. Joan plans to submit the report on this study to the Law Foundation during 2012.
