Lorna Pawluk Receives a Queen’s Counsel Designation
Bernard LLP associate counsel, Lorna Pawluk, was appointed the honorary title of Queen’s counsel, or QC, today by the Attorney General and Minister of Justice Suzanne Anton. Recipients of the honour of the QC designation, according to the Attorney General:
“… have enriched the justice system with their contributions to the practice of law. They have demonstrated professional integrity and dedication to their profession and have made valuable contributions as volunteers to communities across the province. This is a highly coveted honour, particularly because the recipients are nominated by their peers.”
The Firm is very pleased that Lorna has been recognized for her professional integrity, her dedication and substantial contributions to the profession. As colleagues, we know she is very deserving of this honour.
