Adrienne Staley Associate

Adrienne practices in the area of civil litigation with a focus on labour, employment and administrative law. This includes representation of employers and employees with respect to all aspects of the employment relationship, with an emphasis on wrongful dismissal, human rights, employment standards and harassment matters. Additionally, Adrienne has handled a broad range of cases involving personal injury, insurance defence, commercial litigation, professional negligence and construction. Adrienne has successfully appeared before the BC Provincial Court, the BC Supreme Court, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Alberta Provincial Court, and various administrative tribunals for clients.

Adrienne obtained her Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia. Adrienne completed her articles at a boutique personal injury firm in Calgary and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2015. In 2017, Adrienne moved to the Okanagan and was called to the B.C. bar, where she practiced in the area of personal injury, employment law and commercial litigation. Adrienne recently moved back to her hometown of Vancouver.

Other Interests
