Glen Krueger Partner
Glen practices in the areas of personal injury, insurance defence, product liability, employment law, election law, civil and commercial litigation and maritime law. His experience includes the conduct of trials in a personal injury context as well as assisting clients on other legal matters, including product liability, wrongful dismissal, commercial disputes, marine insurance and vessel arrest. He has experience with all steps in the trial process as well as the use of mediation to find out-of-court solutions to disputed claims.
He has appeared before the B.C. Supreme Court, B.C. Provincial Court, Superior Court of Ontario, Federal Court and various administrative boards. He has acted for private and public insurers, political candidates and actors, employers and employees and vessel owners.
Glen has practiced in British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia and Alberta.
