The ongoing development of COVID-19 has required Bernard LLP to regularly review our day to day operational practices. Starting March 17, and based on advice from the federal, provincial and local governments, a number of our staff will be working remotely, although our office will remain open.
Importantly, Partners and Associate lawyers will continue to work either in office or remotely and it remains very much business as usual with all lawyers able to service our clients’ legal requirements. Our focus continues to be offering the highest service levels and supporting all of our clients’ legal needs, including emergency response.
The firms’ main switch board (+1-604-681-1700) will continue to receive calls, and these will be diverted as appropriate to lawyers working remotely.
All of our lawyers will remain in contact either from the office or remotely via e-mail and mobile phones. Our 24 hour emergency response service remains fully functional.
