Baljinder Bains, our newest solicitor
The partners of Bernard LLP are delighted to announce that Baljinder Bains is joining the firm to practice in our business law group. Baljinder brings a wealth of practical and legal experience to the firm, having articled and practiced at one of Canada’s leading national firms. Additionally, before becoming a lawyer, Baljinder held various leadership roles for a not-for profit and was a teaching assistant for several business courses at Simon Fraser University. Baljinder’s practice will focus on corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, as well as assisting the marine community with their general corporate law needs.
