David S. Jarrett and Eliza Lynn Brown to Participate in Canadian Defence Lawyers’ (CDL) Young Lawyers’ group webinar on Preparing Applications and Motions

Bernard LLP partner David Jarrett will participate in a group webinar hosted by the CDL discussing application and motions practice in BC and Ontario on June 16, 2025. Bernard LLP associate Eliza Lynn Brown is a member of the CDL’s Young Lawyers’ committee and will act as one of the moderators for the webinar.
The webinar is part of the CDL’s continuing series called “Practical Skills” with this edition’s theme being “Preparing Applications and Motions in BC and Ontario”. The panel will include other lawyers and in house counsel as well as The Honourable Justice Fred Myers from the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario.
