Solicitor Associate
We are seeking a one-to-three-year call solicitor to join our business law group and support its continued growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with our corporate and commercial team on a broad range of matters for clients ranging from entrepreneurs and small businesses to large multinational corporations, across diverse industries with a particular focus on the marine sector.
This role offers exposure to a wide variety of business law matters, including corporate structuring, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial agreements, commercial leasing, secured lending, and reorganizations.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in corporate and commercial law. Experience or interest in industry specific work, particularly marine related matters, is an asset.
