Tom Hawkins’ Cross-Border Pollution Article Published in US Transportation Law Journal

We are pleased to advise that Tom Hawkins has been published in the Journal of Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy in the 4th Quarter of 2013. Mr. Hawkins’ journal article is a topical one in both countries and is titled Cross-Border Oil Pollution – Pacific Focus. The Journal is published quarterly by the US Association of Transportation Law Professionals, originally established in the United States in 1929. The Article focuses on American and Canadian legislation, regulation and cooperative agreements in relation to oil spill prevention, preparedness and response in the trans-boundary area of the Pacific Coast.
