Peter Swanson Speaks to the BC Urological Society

Bernard LLP partner Peter Swanson recently presented a talk to the BC Urological Society at their meeting in Vancouver on October 4, 2014.
Peter’s talk was entitled “MSC Audits: The Physician’s Burden” and addressed a number of key issues in the audit process including what to do when the auditor calls, understanding the basic audit framework, recognizing the importance of physician charts in the context of the audit process, and understanding the role of potential mediation as a method of resolving disputes.
