Tom Hawkins and David Jarrett present to the Marine Insurance Association of British Columbia on Cross-Border Pollution

Bernard LLP’s Thomas S. Hawkins and David S. Jarrett gave a presentation to the Marine Insurance Association of British Columbia’s Market Committee on November 18, 2014.
The presentation was entitled Cross-Border Pollution – Pacific Focus and dealt with ship-source pollution issues in both Canada and the United States as well as a comparison of the two jurisdictions’ compensation regimes.
